The discussion will focus around

  1. Re-defining the event risk environment
  2. Re-evaluating the risks associated with public events and gatherings.
  3. Re-establishing best practice event risk security measures for public events & gatherings

THE STORY BOARD WAY TO CREATE EXPERIENCES

Interact in real-time with one of our international keynotes, Martijn Timmermans - Co-founder and Creative Director of The Red Line Project & Event Storyboard Canvas.

More and more people in the event industry see the benefits of co-creative and visual event design, but don‘t know how to bring it to life in their daily work. Design Thinking, Sprints, Playbooks and Toolkits are being used to connect strategy with the creation and execution of storytelling event experiences.

How can you design events with impact?  Why did he win the award for the best event with “The BattleZ”? What changes did their event do to one of the largest educational institutions in the Netherlands and beat the likes of Coca Cola, Ocean Clean-Up and Erasmus University?

In his talk, Martijn will focus on one of the most important steps in the design process. What is the secret sauce of Disney and Google and how can it benefit your meetings and events? Applying techniques to co-create event concepts faster, meaningful, unique and personalized to the audience.
